Ground Floor Rear Extension Rebuild

The main goal of the rear extension redevelopment was to ensure smooth, barrier-free movement from the house into the extension, through to the patio and garage, most importantly, to facilitate step-free wheelchair access down to the garden. A new utility room with a new boiler and installations was also essential. As a result, the kitchen now connects more directly with the dining area, which has improved the overall flow on the ground floor. Thoughtfully designed to complement the existing home, the new extension creates a spacious and light-filled space viewing over beautiful garden.
